We’re looking for a Head of Sales – DACH to lead our German-speaking markets to the next level. This role is all about building trust, coaching high-performers, and driving results through in-person presence, strategic guidance, and customer partnerships.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing
- Lead & develop the DACH sales team, combining short-term execution with long-term team development
- Own performance across pipeline creation, deal execution, churn prevention, and customer growth
- Join high-stakes dealership meetings to help build trust, influence C-level stakeholders, and unlock big opportunities
- Coach and support the team on stakeholder engagement, physical meeting excellence, and deal strategy
- Act as regional ambassador for AutoUncle at events, webinars, and strategic forums
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility, enabling effective forecasting and coaching
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Digital Ops to support momentum and strategic alignment
- Turn strategy into action by driving must-win priorities weekly, monthly, and quarterly
🔍 What you’ll focus on at first
- Conduct 1:1s and ride-alongs to deeply understand your team, their portfolios, and growth potential
- Schedule and join in-person dealership meetings and attend key industry events
- Co-define a clear regional growth roadmap with leadership
- Drive CRM adoption and improve forecast reliability
- Map and activate high-potential dealer targets across DACH
- Deliver the first regional team offsite and contribute to our broader commercial playbook
🧠What you’ll bring
✅ Must-Haves
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in automotive or martech
- Strong DACH market track record
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and close strategic deals personally
- C-level relationship builder with consultative sales DNA
- Experience with digital buyer journeys and dealership operations
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- German and English fluency
💡 Nice-to-Haves
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Network within DACH dealership groups
- Familiarity with Hubspot and CRM workflows
- Knowledge of performance marketing or digital lead generation
