About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Consultant to help dealerships strengthen their brand, own the customer journey and grow sustainably. You’ll blend consulting, selling, and relationship-building into one powerful role - and work closely with Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product to bring real, measurable impacts.

This is where you come in. As a Digital Consultant, you’ll be helping them:
- Build a digital brand that consumers trust
- Convert consumers into high-quality leads
- Improve dealer margins through smarter lead tools
- Reduce dependency on external platforms
It isn’t about selling software, but about reshaping how Europe’s top dealers sell.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of dealerships, achieving monthly/quarterly targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sell activities (phone, video, in-person)
- Constantly build a strong pipeline to meet MRR goals and exceed weekly KPIs (calls, meetings)
- Hold online/on-site meetings and maintain detailed CRM reports (Hubspot)
- Conduct regular reviews to optimize customers’ digital performance
- Provide training and coaching on digital tools like Google Analytics, tracking systems, etc.
- Monitor portfolio health (leads, tracking, NPS, churn signals) and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
About You
- 2+ years of B2B tech sales experience in sales consultancy environments
- Experience with full sales cycle and engaging C-level stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with daily high sales activity
- Passion for digital marketing and analytics tools
- Confident on-camera presence for virtual meetings
- Native-level Italian and professional fluency English (our internal company language)
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or experience with dealerships highly preferred
- Driving license
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4
