You won’t be selling cars – you’ll be transforming how they’re sold.
AutoUncle is growing fast and entering a new scale-up phase. Join the Milan offive to help shape the future of car sales by advising large dealerships on their digital performance.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Southern Europe, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to upselling, working towards monthly and quarterly targets. Expect a 60/40 split between new business and existing accounts.
Sales Development
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets
Consistently hit activity KPIs (calls, meetings, etc.)
Conduct online and in-person meetings with dealerships
Keep detailed CRM records (Hubspot)
Portfolio Management
Develop trusted relationships with C-level clients
Run regular reviews to assess performance and suggest improvements
Provide coaching on tools like Google Analytics and tracking systems
Monitor portfolio health (leads, churn, NPS)
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
What You Bring
2+ years in B2B tech sales in a fast-paced environment
Proven full-cycle sales and stakeholder management experience
High outbound activity levels (cold calls, email, social selling)
Strong negotiation and virtual communication skills
Interest in digital marketing, analytics, and innovation
Energetic, creative team player
Native-level Italian and fluent English
Valid driving license
