In this newly established and hands-on role as Senior Global Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll get the chance to take on responsibility and co-drive the development of paid traffic acquisition internationally across all our channels. With reference to our Head of B2C Marketing you'll, with a hands on approach, focus on the performance of AutoUncle, customers and partners.
Moreover you'll be a big part of educating and developing the whole organisation by training internal stakeholders, and keeping colleagues up to date with developments in the Digital Marketing space.
You will succeed in:
- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEM, social media, native advertising and display advertising campaigns for up to 7 markets (Denmark, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden and Spain)
- Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve landing pages and optimise user experience
- Educate Digital Consultant & Customer Success colleagues in Digital Marketing

This is a very important role for AutoUncle’s expansion internationally and we're looking for a colleague that has a combination of experience, proven track record, the itch and ambition to make a substantial impact. We’re looking for an Uncle or Aunt that loves analysing heavy web analytics data, and will have at least a couple of years of experience with paid marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook, Criteo, RTB House, Taboola etc.) Moreover you have experience with:
- Developing, managing and scaling cross-channel (apps & web) paid advertising
- Copywriting & creatives (ad images & titles, conversion texts etc.) and played around with split testing
- English verbally and written as a professional
- Conducting workshops about digital marketing
