We are looking to add a key person to our international Traffic and Marketplace team, who'll develop and secure a happy and healthy customer base through ongoing learning and development of our partners' business, specially focusing on large international marketplaces e.g HeyCar, Mobile, EBay, YesAuto, Wayke etc. As our customer base is growing, we need to increase capacity to never lose quality in our approach to customers and further expand our operations internationally.

The mission as Customer Success Manager - Marketplace Team

With reference to our VP of Sales, you'll work closely with the rest of the International marketplace and marketing team. With a CMO approach, your core mission will be to ensure a loyal customer base, focusing on providing value and ROI through ongoing monitoring and analysis of traffic volume/quality, customer success meetings and proactive education of the customers in best practice in online digital/performance marketing. Concrete tasks in this role;

  • Customer onboarding and setup - customers must be taken through the shortest path to value so that they can get ROI as soon as possible.
  • Account Escalations - Support or/and proactive respond to any alerts, poor health, red flags. 
  • Troubleshooting by working closely with finance, data, marketing and product development.
  • Tracking and report on key performance indicators and traffic levels
  • Health Checks - monthly/quarterly check-ins with customers.
  • Proactive customer training, sparring and sharing of tailored content and best practice

The you

We're looking to add an experienced person who has a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role within digital marketing, consulting, performance marketing or similar roles. The qualities that we hope to see from your past experiences are:

  • +3 years (solid) of experience with Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management in a SaaS company or digital marketing company/agency. Preferably good experience work on international accounts
  • Impressive communication skills both when speaking and writing about complex content
  • Ability to create structure when troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Works methodically with account management and stakeholders management 
  • Is digital native, and can quickly become a superuser in various digital tools (CRM, admin.) 
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics to evaluate the quality of various traffic sources
  • Excellent skills in English - spoken and written.

The info

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: Full time (37 hours). 

Office: Aarhus (HQ)

Salary: Depends on qualifications (we’re fans of a solid base salary - also in sales where no one is on a performance based contract). 

Relocation: We’ll support you if you need to move to Aarhus from abroad
