Your role as a Customer Success Manager

With reference to our Head of Customer Success you’ll work closely with our Team Lead and the rest of the Nordic customer success and integration team to ensure a happy and health customer base, focusing on providing real value and ROI for them, and for AutoUncle, through world class onboarding, churn prevention and customer account development.

We want to be our customers' digital uncle to ask, and your daily tasks will be;

  • Creating a close relationship with our customers during onboarding, deepened by training and consulting in our tools and products and making sure they have success
  • Health Checks with customers to ensure retention and happiness 
  • Proactively interact with customers in every stage of their journey and be upfront to respond to alerts, or red flags regarding poor customer health metrics
  • Improve our customers business' by providing world class market insights tailored to their strategy, giving online marketing expertise in an consulting and advisory way
  • Developing customers via up/cross-selling, renegotiate, and upgrades, advice on traffic, UX & website optimisation etc.

The You

You get energy from- and self ignite when faced with a new customer to onboard, or turn a non performing customer into a success. You have self confidence and a proactive approach to solving problems and taking initiative. You'll engage with CMOs, CEOs, Heads of sales etc. and should have the ability to teach and educate your audience in digital products and solutions.

Moreover, you’ve;

  • Some experience with Account Management, Customer Success Management or the likes
  • Already worked with digital marketing - or a good basic understanding of what CPC, Google Analytics are and want to grown in this field
  • A high activity level, naturally pick up the phone and call customers to understand problems and root-causes, or just to check in
  • Tech-savvyiness and a good technical understanding and can explain it to non technical people
  • Native fluency (speaking and writing) in Danish as you’ll communicate with customers in this language
  • Confidence in speaking English as this is our internal company language
  • A growth mindset, want to learn and develop yourself and others
  • Humour, thrive in a feedback culture and a trusted colleague
