We've seen a very strong commercial growth (even doing corona times) and we're one of the largest automotive platforms in terms of consumer traffic in Italy - pushing for the absolute top! As we want to be close and relevant to our customers, and build upon our growth, we established our commercial office in Milan, in September 2020, and looking to triple our current commercial team doing 2021 to lead this growth journey.

Your role as Digital Sales Consultant

With reference to our Head of Sales you’ll work closely with our Sales, Integration & Customer Success team to achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital sales, and is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences while helping businesses achieve their goals. Via phone, video, and social selling (LinkedIn etc.), you'll be showcasing how AutoUncle can create online value on the bottom line for our customers - and we can!

You’ll handle the sales process from start to finish, focusing on new sales. You must be highly motivated, posses a customer first mentality and love working in fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment.

Your daily core tasks will be to:

  • Qualifying leads, prospecting and analysing potential new customers' online needs and possible solutions
  • Create an awareness of AutoUncle and what we can do via phone & mail
    • We always put emphasis on the quality of our conversations rather than quantity
  • Conduct online meetings/presentations (Video) with customers
  • Negotiating and closing contracts

Your competencies

You get energy from- and self ignite when a new lead is on the hook and the possibility of a sale and helping a customer is within reach. You have at least 2 years of experience with new sales, and;

  • you can convey a clear message and close a sale over phone and video
  • have a good technical understanding, and use it to handle complex innovative products
  • have either worked with digital marketing (knows CPC, Google analytics), has a very good understanding hereof, and want to improve
  • native fluency (speaking and writing) Italian
  • confidence in English is a must as this our company language we use at our gross country weekly commercial training sessions etc.
  • have a growth mindset, wants to learn and develop yourself and others
  • have humour, thrive in a feedback culture and is a trusted colleague
