Your role as our new Digital Sales Representative Italy

This is a vital role to our organisation and our commercial team and with reference to the Head of Sales, you’ll work closely with our commercial team enabling us to achieve sales objectives, and helping customers to more success online. 

Your core tasks

You’ll kick start the sales process working with a wide range of customer sizes. You are the first person to speak with our potential customers, and your objective is to open the dialogue, being curious about their business, understanding root-courses and book a high volume of quality meetings/online presentations for you colleagues (Digital Consultants) on a daily basis. You'll do this via; 

  • pre-sales activities; prospecting, and analysing potential customer's online presence, needs, and stakeholders to approach
  • reaching out, creating awareness and opening up the dialogue via phone, email, direct social selling (LinkedIn etc). 
  • You'll be curious, ask relevant and tough questions when getting into dialogues about our future customers' online strategy and business objectives. 
  • You'll be making sure they know what we can do, and how AutoUncle can create online value on their bottom line
  • Book and handover quality meetings and information in our CRM

Your competencies

It is very important that you get energy from- and self ignite picking up the phone and being active. You love talking to people and potential customers, and you love when a new lead is on the hook. It is important that the phone is your best friend, and that you;

  • have at least 1 years experience with booking B2B meetings/inside sales/telesales focusing on B2B new sales
  • are an ambitious hunter with a high activity level
  • have a good technical understanding, and use it to handle complex innovative products
  • have either worked with digital marketing or at least a very good understanding hereof
  • speak and write in Italian on a native level
  • are confidence in English as this is our internal company language
  • have a growth mindset, wants to learn and develop yourself and others
  • have humour, thrive in a feedback culture and a trusted colleague


Openings: Two open positions

Start date: By agreement

Working hours: Full time (40 hours).

Office: Milan 

Salary: Depends on qualifications (we’re fans of a solid base salary - also in sales).
